Jeremy Geigle is committed to his clients and believes that everyone should have the right to an experienced attorney. Jeremy is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association and served as secretary for the Dispute Resolution Section. As a former prosecutor, John Dosdall has experience on both sides of the courtroom. He knows where to look for faults in the evidence and weaknesses in the case to work to your advantage. John has handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor matters while prosecuting cases as a Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, an Assistant Attorney General for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and a Deputy County Attorney for the Pinal County Attorney’s Office. John is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Arizona Asian American Bar Association (AAABA).
Additionally, John teaches online courses in Research Methods and Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix. John has been selected into The Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He has been named one of the 10 Best Attorneys for the State of Arizona by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys, as well as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers Association.
Ashelee Weeks joined JacksonWhite in 2018 as a member of the criminal defense team. Before joining JacksonWhite, Ashelee worked as a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. The experience and knowledge gained working in the prosecutor’s office allows Ashelee a unique understanding of both sides of the equation. She understands the processes and guidelines county prosecutors adhere to and can use that information to help develop the best criminal defense strategy for her clients.
After working with the county, Ashelee went into private practice, creating her own firm Weeks Law, PLLC. In addition to her experience in the courtroom, Ashelee has also worked as an adjunct professor of criminal law at Arizona Summit Law School. Before officially joining the JacksonWhite criminal defense team, Ashelee had completed some contract work for us and is an exceptional permanent addition.
Adam Ashby is the newest addition to our criminal defense team at JacksonWhite and he brings with him the dedication and perseverance necessary to best serve his clients. Adam understands that each case is unique, and strives to determine the best possible defense for the individual. Adam worked with our JacksonWhite criminal defense team before becoming a licensed attorney and was able to gain inside knowledge of the criminal defense practice and court proceedings through this experience.
Adam completed initial intake for potential criminal defense clients, which allowed him to obtain first-hand experience in determining the specific legal needs of each client. He received his JD from Arizona State University and is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. As an attorney, Adam works hard to ensure that each client receives the attention and service they deserve.
Wade joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate, and practices in the area of criminal defense. His practice focuses on both misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses. Wade brings experience from working both as a prosecutor for the county attorney’s office and as a criminal defense attorney for a local firm. His experience on both sides of the criminal justice system provides valuable insight and contacts that are beneficial to his clients.
Wade received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies, Political Science, and History. He received his J.D. degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ASU, in 2016. Prior to joining JacksonWhite, Wade started his legal career at the Pinal County Attorney’s Office as a deputy county attorney, focusing on criminal prosecution relating to appeals, juvenile, misdemeanor and felony cases. After working in prosecution, Wade switched gears and began working as a criminal defense attorney with MayesTelles PLLC.
