Overview
Adam Ashby is a Shareholder at
JacksonWhite and a key leader within the firm’s Criminal Defense Division. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has built a reputation for aggressive advocacy, strategic defense, and protecting the constitutional rights of his clients. Promoted to Shareholder in 2023, Adam founded the firm’s Spanish-language criminal defense division, helping expand access to high-level legal representation for Spanish-speaking communities across Arizona. Adam regularly handles complex misdemeanor and felony matters throughout Arizona and has represented hundreds of individuals facing life-changing criminal charges. Fluent in Spanish, he is known for combining courtroom strategy with a practical understanding of the personal and professional consequences criminal cases can carry. In addition to his legal practice, Adam has developed a substantial social media presence educating the public on criminal law, DUI investigations, and constitutional rights, reaching hundreds of thousands of viewers across multiple platforms. Adam has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024, 2025, and 2026, an honor awarded to only a small percentage of attorneys under 40. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
