Adam Ashby is a Shareholder at JacksonWhite and a key leader within the firm’s Criminal Defense Division. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has built a reputation for aggressive advocacy, strategic defense, and protecting the constitutional rights of his clients. Promoted to Shareholder in 2023, Adam founded the firm’s Spanish-language criminal defense division, helping expand access to high-level legal representation for Spanish-speaking communities across Arizona. Adam regularly handles complex misdemeanor and felony matters throughout Arizona and has represented hundreds of individuals facing life-changing criminal charges. Fluent in Spanish, he is known for combining courtroom strategy with a practical understanding of the personal and professional consequences criminal cases can carry.
