What is ALTCS?
ALTCS is an Arizona Medicaid program established in 1989 that helps support senior as well as disabled residents with a variety of long term care solutions.
This program helps to offset the expensive costs of elder and disability care and can sometimes be used as a supplement to Social Security/Disability income. It can provide financial assistance with assisted living or nursing home fees, as well as in-home care costs when medical insurance isn’t enough.
When Should I Apply?
