Evan C. Tompkins
Education and Honors
Evan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bemidji State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government Affairs. He then received a full-tuition scholarship to attend Sandra Day O-Connor College of Law, ASU, where he graduated with his J.D. degree in 2021. During law school, Evan successfully represented a client before the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency, drafted multiple appeals that were presented to the Arizona Court of Appeals as well as Supreme Court, and received Trial Advocacy Certification as well as Pro Bono Honors.
Evan is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona. Prior to joining the firm, Evan worked as a Law Clerk at an Appellate firm, Berkshire Law office.
As a 5th generation native of Phoenix, Evan enjoys playing soccer, basketball, golf and softball. He was an avid college football player at Bemidji State University earning awards such as 1st Team All-American, Honor Male Student Athlete of the Year, Myles Brand Award Winner, and Chet Anderson Leadership Winner. He’s passionate about the Green Bay Packers and travels to Wisconsin every year to show his support. Evan and his wife have two dogs they take to agility and dock diving.
