Eric Jackson is the founding shareholder for JacksonWhite. He has been practicing law since 1978 and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, probate litigation, civil rights litigation (including Section 1983 cases), construction remedies, title insurance defense, homeowner’s disputes, mediations and executive coaching for legal professionals. Eric receives the highest ratings for competency and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading lawyer rating and referral service.

Bar Admissions: Eric has been licensed to practice both in the State of Arizona and the State of Utah since 1978. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Districts of Arizona and Utah.

Education and Honors: Eric earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1978 representing the law school in both Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions. Prior to this distinction, Eric attended Arizona State University and Brigham Young University and earned is undergraduate degree in communication.

Professional Activities and Experience: Eric is a member of the State Bars of Arizona and Utah. Eric is a member of the State Bar Construction Law section and the State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution section. He is the past president of the Mesa Rotary Club, former chairman of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, former member of the Financing the Future of Mesa: 2025 committee, chairman for the 2005 Mesa Citizens Bond Committee, former board member of the Mesa United Way, and Families Helping Families, Inc, a charitable organization providing economic and educational opportunities for citizens in Honduras and Nicaragua.

Personal: Eric and his wife Saurell have six children and 17 grandchildren. He enjoys theater, music, sports, hiking and travel. Eric recently returned from a 3-year church mission in San Jose, California.
