David C. Clukey
Education and Honors
David graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2014. During his time at Gonzaga, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and a Board Member of the William O. Douglas First Amendment Society. David graduated from Brigham Young University—Idaho in 2011 with an undergraduate degree in communications.
David represents clients in various areas of civil and business disputes, including breach of contract, business fraud and misrepresentations, and transportation litigation. His transportation practice includes freight loss and damage claims, bills of lading disputes, and matters related to tariff and transportation charge collections. David’s representation extends to both state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has been named a One to Watch by Best Lawyers, a national honor given to attorneys for outstanding professional excellence.
