Introduction<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re caught shoplifting, and it\u2019s a petty offense, then you may be eligible to attend a diversion program in order to avoid further indictment.<\/p>\n

Classes are held from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, you can dial (602) 343-1848 to schedule your class with the Phoenix Prosecutor\u2019s Office Shoplifting\/Theft Diversion Program<\/a>. You can find all the information you\u2019ll need to know on RESOLVE\u2019S<\/a> homepage.<\/p>\n

Total fees for the class include: registration fees $25 + the class fee $145 = $170<\/p>\n
