Shoplifting in Arizona<\/h2>\n

Shoplifting laws in Arizona are outlined in\u00a0A.R.S. 13-1805<\/a>, which states that a person commits shoplifting if they knowingly take goods from another \u201cwith the intent to deprive that person.\u201d<\/p>\n
