Over the last 10 years I have had to assist with the care and financial matters of close relatives. In 2012, I needed to assume the guardianship and act as conservator for my paternal aunt. I found Jackson White attorneys that specialized in elderly care and would take work in Navajo County, Arizona. I had exceptional assistance, care, and advice. So, in 2020 when my cousin passed away, I turned back to Jackson White.The attorney assigned to me was Ryan Hodges. My cousin had a trust, but I was unable to find it. Mr. Hodges also tried the leads I gave him to locate this trust.As my cousin’s parents preceded him in death, there was no current spouse, and he had no children, I was next in line to probate his estate. I was familiar with his financial affairs since I was assigned his mother’s care in 2012.I reached out to Jackson White and Ryan Hodges. Mr. Hodges was up front and honest with my situation and my cousin’s financial situation. There were 16 cousins and 2 uncles that were part of my cousin’s estate. Ryan candidly advised me that after debts there would be little if any monies left to distribute. I did decide to continue so I could pay my cousins debtors in full.This estate probate was handled in Pima County, Arizona with me residing in New Mexico. Everything was done remotely, and Mr. Hodges arranged for me to call into the court hearing. Mr. Hodges assisted me through the court proceedings, filing of claims, distribution of assets, getting a bond, and finalizing the paperwork.I could not have accomplished the probate without Mr. Hodges and a couple of trips to Florence, AZ. During the pandemic, I was grateful to do everything remotely. And I was relieved that everything was according to current Arizona laws.I successfully became the personal rep for my cousin’s estate. I successfully paid his debtors in full. And Mr. Hodges was right, that there were no assets to distribute to the heirs. But I have my cousin buried with his parents and a clean conscious that those that gave my cousin assistance in the last year of his life were repaid for their out-of-pocket expenses.If I ever need additional assistance from an attorney in Arizona, I will gladly call upon Jackson White.

JacksonWhite Attorneys at Law did a great job at helping me when my husband passed away. Colton Johnston, Brianna Burrows, and the rest of the team at JacksonWhite did an amazing job with helping me during a very difficult time. Colton does not sugarcoat anything but in a good way. He will tell you exactly what is going on and will explain things to you until you understand. And I really needed that so thank you Colton.It may take him 3-4 days to get back with you but he constantly sends emails and will call you if he is not too busy. But I like that if he was too busy someone from the staff will contact you or send you emails. Colton and the rest of the team at JacksonWhite were VERY professional and have integrity. They also have compassion and empathy which is hard to find these days.I would highly recommend them. I have been working with them for almost a year. And I am like Colton, I don’t sugarcoat anything. Thank you so much Colton and everyone at JacksonWhite this was a very hard and difficult year for me and you all made it just a little bit easier for me. Thank you.

I never had to wait on Ryan, most of the time he was waiting on me. He was always so politely and was great at trying to keep me on track. Hopefully I never need a probate attorney again but if I do I will call Ryan at Jackson White!

My wife and I needed to find a probate attorney in Arizona, due to the unexpected death of our son. We lived in Wisconsin, so we needed to rely on recommendations from friends. Ryan Hodges was recommended, and he responded immediately to our phone call request for his services. Ryan guided us thru the probate process very professionally, which we had no idea ahead of time was going to be a long process. I served as personal representative of the estate, and Ryan guided me thru the process with great skill, compassion, and availability at all times. Because of his work, the probate process was made much easier and understandable. His work made my wife and I feel very supported during this difficult time. Dont know about attorney, but nice staff, was very helpful over phone.1 of 2 that spoke to us or returned call out of 11 we called in the local area. Most attorneys have not bothered to return calls.

I was fortunate to come to Mr Hodges at Jackson White Law because it was the law firm used by a friend. I live out of state and was faced with being a trustee of an estate of a deceased friend.I knew nothing about this type of law, but Mr Hodges guided me throughevery step of the process. He answered questions quickly and responsibly. He made suggestions that were helpful and wise. Pace Rawlins has been my lawyer since the beginning. Ryan Hodges was very helpful and returned emails promptly. My initial cold call with Ryan was informative and trustworthy. He gave straight answers. It's the reason I chose him to represent my mother's estate.I had spoke with another firm, in town, that wasted a long time getting my information, setting up a $75 consult fee that resulted in vague answers that were meant to scare me (slimy) into using their extremely overpriced fee for a simple estate.

I'm a veteran who had his ADA rights violated have a right to sue letter from the EEOC but, they don't do free consultation? What's the point in laws and rights if you can't afford to enforce them?

Ryan Hodges was such a huge help to us. When my sister in law passed we didn’t know where to even start. We called him and he got on the ball right away. We live out of state so he took care of all the court processing and filling out all the paperwork for us. When we had questions he would get back right away and always had the answers. I had the pleasure of meeting Colton in early 2019 during a very dark time in my life. I found myself having to fight for the well being of my elderly mother who suffers from late stage dementia and a sibling that was taking advantage of my mom financially and mentally . My mother passed away in January, left no will and had a house in Buckeye. Since I live in California, I had no idea what I would need to do to settle the estate. I Googled probate attorneys and found a couple that I contacted. One wanted $6500 and the other didn't return my call at all. I then contacted Ryan at JacksonWhite. Wish he was my first call! Their firm charged $3500 and I was able to talk to Ryan, himself, the same time I called. Ryan was very helpful and patient, answering my many questions I had throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Ryan and JacksonWhite to anyone is a similar situation.

Ryan Hodges at Jackson White Law Firm made the probate/estate process for my late husband much less scary than I had anticipated it would be (due to my lack of previous knowledge of how the process works - fear of the unknown!). I was overwhelmed with a seemingly insurmountable to-do list related to my late husband's affairs, but it quickly became apparent what a tremendous blessing it was to have Ryan on board to take care of this big item on my plate. Ms. Weeks is truly a wonder of a woman who can take any level of heaviness of a case and reduce it to being no lighter than a feather. After consulting Jackson White Law for misdemeanor charges thrown at me, she took over my case and literally handled it like a Boss. It took her only a few weeks(during the midst of the height of the pandemic in Phoenix) to relieve me of this case and essentially end the prosecution against me. My case has not completed its full course yet, so everything is not official but that's only due to the matter of time of going to court to make its completion official. In consideration of what she was up against, I confirm as a direct client that Ashelee will step strongly to any potential legal battle and wrestle it down to submission, serving me like a champion who serves her audience that pays to see an awesome performance.
