Peggy Timms joined JacksonWhite in 2008. She works with Susan B. Court and James L. Tanner in the areas of Guardianship, Conservatorship and Probate Administration.
Education: Peggy earned her bachelors degree from the University of Phoenix in 1990. She earned her CP certificate (Certified Paralegal) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 1988.
Community and Other Activities: Peggy began her legal career in Arizona in 1987. In addition to working for attorneys, she has also worked for the Maricopa County Probate Administration office and for a licensed private fiduciary. Peggy also taught legal classes at the American Institute and has been a guest speaker at paralegal schools.
