Clint Goodman joined JacksonWhite in 2005 and is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He focuses his practice on real estate law and homeowner’s association law.

Bar Admissions: Clint is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.

Education and Honors: Clint attended Brigham Young University as a Merit Scholar, graduating with a B.A. in Korean.  He studied law at the University of Idaho, where he received his Juris Doctor.

Professional Activities and Experience: Clint is the founding attorney and president of the HOA Institute. He currently serves as Chairman for the Legislative Action Committee with the HOA Institute and frequently lectures at the Southwestern School of Real Estate.  Before joining JacksonWhite, Clint was an extern for the United States Attorneys’ Office and a Mesa police officer.

Currently, Clint writes an HOA Q&A column for the Arizona Republic and has been a guest speaker for the On the Commons radio talk show program. He has also been a guest speaker for the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has been featured in several East Valley Tribune and Arizona Republic articles.

Personal: Clint is a family man. He also enjoys mountaineering, hiking, camping and traveling.
