Adam Decker is a skilled real estate, commercial litigation, and construction law attorney. His clients range from individuals and closely held businesses to large companies.
Prior to joining JacksonWhite, Adam was an attorney with two other Phoenix-area firms, where he represented clients in real estate disputes and complex commercial litigation.
Adam is “AV rated”, the highest rating given through Martindale Hubble’s® Peer Review Ratings System. That rating comes from a survey of fellow attorneys and judges. Adam is pleased to enjoy this positive reputation.
Adam also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County on the civil docket. Further, as an adjunct to his responsibilities as a Judge Pro Tem, he serves as a settlement judge for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) office of the Superior Court.
Outside the office, Adam loves the outdoors and is a political junkie. He enjoys spending time with his family and doing home improvements. Adam has lived in Italy, and he speaks Italian fluently.
Bar Admissions: Adam is licensed to practice in Arizona state courts as well as the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
Education and Honors: Adam attended Arizona State University as a Merit Scholar, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in English. He studied law at Washburn University, where he received his Juris Doctor.
Professional Activities and Experience: While in law school, Adam served as a law clerk-extern in Kansas to U.S. District Court Judge Sam A. Crow. Also while in law school, Adam was a student editor for the American Bar Association’s Family Law Quarterly, the most widely cited family law journal in the nation.
Adam is Chair of the City of Mesa’s Downtown Development Committee and is a graduate of Mesa’s Leadership Training and Development Program. Adam has been a Precinct Committee Chairperson, and he has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
