Jared E. Everton is a JacksonWhite shareholder and joined the firm in 2001. He is a member of the firm’s litigation department,representing individuals and businesses in matters involving insurance. Included in his list of clients is one of the largest insurance carriers in the State of Arizona. Some of his cases involve the elderly who have been financially exploited by predatory insurance sales practices, families who have been wrongfully denied life insurance benefits following a loved one’s death, and others who have been denied benefits from insurance policies they have paid for.
