Pro Hac Vice

Out of state attorneys can only represent their clients in an Arizona state court after successfully applying for pro hac vice admission. Once admitted pro hac vice, attorneys not licensed to practice law in Arizona are allowed to represent clients in Arizona court for a limited time and purpose. To obtain pro hac vice admission, attorneys must file a motion with the court and obtain sponsorship from an attorney admitted to the Arizona bar. In criminal defense matters, JacksonWhite works with out of state attorneys to protect their Arizona client’s rights.
