Imprisonment: 1st or subsequent offense, not to exceed 4 months. The minimum term for a first offense is 10 days.

 Fine: Not to exceed $750.00.

Licensing Action:

  • 1st Offense: Suspended for no more than 90 days.
  • 2nd Offense (Within 24 months or 60 months): Revoked for an unknown amount of time.

Traffic School: The offender may have to attend defensive driving school as well.
