Country singer Randy Travis was arrested and accused of driving while intoxicated on Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Travis was found lying naked in the roadway and then refused to submit to a breath or blood test. However, he was later forced by a judge to take a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content.
