Nouel Alba, 37, from the Bronx has been charged on one count of lying to a federal agent after she made false claims regarding a fraudulent Facebook page. “Maneater” Gets Felony Assault Charges

Oats apparently went to his neighbor’s home to ask Hall if he would testify on his behalf in court; Oats was previously accused of selling alcohol to minors. When Hall refused, Oats attacked him, biting him above the eye and tearing a large chunk of skin off of Hall’s face.
