If charges have been filed against you with the Glendale City Court Criminal Division, you must appear in court on your arraignment date. Most people are notified of their arraignment in one of two ways – they could have been given a citation or complaint from a police officer, or they might have received a summons from the court. To locate the date of your arraignment on either of these documents, here’s where you can find it:
- On a citation or complaint given to you by a police officer, the arraignment date is the “appearance date” specified on the citation or complaint.
- On a summons from Glendale City Court Criminal Division, the arraignment date is the “court date” written on the summons.
