In Arizona, there are a number of levels of DUI including felony DUIs depending on the circumstances of the case. If your blood alcohol content (BAC) is above a .08 but below a .15 you will likely be charged with two levels of DUI: being impaired to the slightest degree and being above a .08. If your BAC comes back above a .15, you will likely be charged with an extreme DUI.
If your BAC comes back above a 2.0, you will likely be charged with a super extreme DUI in addition to the other levels. Being charged with any DUI in Arizona exposes you to some of the harshest penalties in the nation for this type of crime.
