Out of state DUI

The MVD is an administrative agency that pretty much has discretion to do whatever it wants to your driving privileges within some parameters. Typically an out of state conviction would not affect your Arizona license – but it could. The MVD will mail any information/administrative actions against your license to the address they have on file. Be sure to keep a valid address on file because the presumption will be that you received it if they mailed it to your last known address.
