Possession of dangerous or narcotic drugs is a class 4 felony in Arizona.  Possession with the intent to sell is a class 2 felony.  If the drug sale was to an undercover police officer, it may be difficult to claim the drugs were possessed for personal use.  If you are found guilty of possession for sale, you can expect some jail time and pretty hefty fines.  It is important to analyze all of the aspects of your case prior to accepting any plea offer.  There may be evidence in your favor that will result in a much better outcome.
