If your case, or your son or daughter’s case, has been processed in the juvenile system, whether it be by adjudication or diversion, make sure to apply to have the adjudication set aside and the Juvenile Record destroyed. In Arizona, Juvenile Records are open to public records requests, however, if the record is destroyed, the public record will not be available for request. There is no reason why anyone with a juvenile record should keep that record for life. There are some limitations in this based upon the nature of the original offense including longer waiting periods. If you have a juvenile record, call today to begin the process of putting it behind you.
