Kelly G. Black | Senior Associate

Kelly Black joined the law firm of JacksonWhite in 1995.  He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and health care law, including contract disputes, collections, regulatory compliance issues and representation in cases of incapacitated, impaired or vulnerable patients. 

Bar Admissions: Kelly was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1995. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Education and Honors: Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University in 1992 with his undergraduate degree in political science. He then attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and graduated magna cum laude in1995.  He has also earned a two-year certificate in records management.

Professional Activities and Experience: Kelly is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Personal: Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Kelly served a mission for his church, worked in and earned a two-year certificate in records management. He is married to Julie and has five children. He enjoys reading, singing, and following politics.  Kelly is fluent in Spanish.
