Jared E. Everton | Senior Associate

Jared Everton joined JacksonWhite, P.C. in 2001 and is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving insurance. Included in his list of clients is one of the largest insurance carriers in the State of Arizona. Some of his cases involve the elderly who have been financially exploited by predatory insurance sales practices, families who have been wrongfully denied life insurance benefits following a loved one’s death, and others who have been denied benefits from insurance policies they have paid for. He also represents those who have been harmed by another’s negligence, and has extensive experience litigating such matters in various Arizona Courts.

Bar Admissions: Jared was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2001. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Education and Honors: Jared graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in the Russian language. He then attended the Arizona State University College of Law and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2001.  During law school, Jared was a member of Law Review and the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Legal Writing and Research.

Professional Activities and Experience: Jared is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Jared interned for Senator John McCain in Washington D.C. He speaks Czech, Slovak, and Russian.

Personal: Jared is married to Jill and they have four children. His family enjoys traveling and being together. Jared lived in the Czech Republic for two years as a missionary for his church. Since ending his mission in 1995, Jared has returned to the Czech Republic three times. Most recently, he had the opportunity to return to assist his church in obtaining legal recognition in the neighboring country of Slovakia.
