Greg Fairbanks | Paralegal

Greg Fairbanks joined JacksonWhite in 2004, representing both employees and employers in the area of employment law. His experience includes cases involving civil rights and Title VII actions including sexual harassment, discrimination based on sex, race and/or national origin and retaliation claims, age discrimination in the Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, unpaid wage claims, whistleblower claims for unlawful termination, Section 1983 claims and preparing federally required paperwork for employers including Employer Information Reports (EEO-1) and Equal Employment Opportunity Plans.

Education: Greg earned his bachelor’s of science in electrical engineering from Arizona State University and his paralegal certificate from Phoenix Career College , an American Bar Association approved certificate program.

Community and Other Activities: Greg volunteers for a number of political and initiative campaigns. He also volunteers his time at area non-profit community organizations.
