Clint Goodman joined JacksonWhite in 2005 and is an associate with the firm. He focuses his practice on real estate law and homeowner’s association law.

Bar Admissions: Clint is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.

Education and Honors: Clint graduated from Brigham Young University with his bachelor's degree. He earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho.

Professional Activities and Experience: Clint is the founding attorney and president of the Homeowners Institute, an organization committed to educating Arizona homeowners on their rights within homeowners associations. He currently co-authors an HOA Q&A column for The Arizona Republic. Prior to joining JacksonWhite, he worked for the United States Attorneys’ Office. Clint is deeply committed to protecting homeowners’ rights. He represents homeowners before the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Superior Court. Clint also advocates for community association reform before the Arizona Congress. Recently, Clint was instrumental in presenting Congressman Warde Nichols, Chairman of the Real Property Rights Committee, with proposed revisions to the Arizona Condominium Act and Planned Community Act. Clint is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. He also served as a police officer for three years and is fluent in Korean.

Personal: Clint is married to Amy and they have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
