Brad Weech is a shareholder for JacksonWhite and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and construction law. Brad also represents clients in the areas of dispute resolution, real estate law and breach of contract.

Bar Admissions: Brad became licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona in 1986. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Education and Honors: Brad earned his associates degree from Eastern Arizona College before graduating with high honors with his bachelors in accounting from Arizona State University in 1983. Brad earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1986.

Professional Activities and Experience: Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Brad clerked for William E. Eubank at the Arizona Court of Appeals and then worked for a downtown Phoenix law firm. He is currently a member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and speaks, reads, and writes Korean.

Personal: Brad is a fifth generation native of Pima, Arizona, and is married to Dena. They have four children. He serves in a variety of church and service positions and has coached soccer for several years. Brad enjoys working with new technology.
