Adam Decker is an associate for JacksonWhite Attorneys at Law practicing in the areas of real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and construction law. His clients range from individuals and closely held businesses, to large companies and municipalities. Adam has extensive experience in resolving both simple and complex matters involving contract disputes, promissory notes, deeds of trust, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, breaches of warranty, real property, commission disputes, leases, construction defects and civil forfeitures.
Bar Admissions: Adam is licensed to practice in Arizona state courts as well as the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Adam is also member of the Lorna Lockwood Inn of Court.
Education and Honors: Adam attended Arizona State University as a Merit Scholar, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in English. He studied law at Washburn University, where he received his Juris Doctor.
Professional Activities and Experience: While in law school, Adam served as a law clerk extern in Kansas to U.S. District Court Judge Sam A. Crow and upon graduation, developed his professional career at a well-known real estate law firm in Phoenix. Currently, Adam is involved in a number of civic activities. He is Vice-Chair of the City of Mesa’s Downtown Development Committee and is a graduate of Mesa’s Leadership Training and Development Program. Adam has been a Precinct Committee Chairperson and he has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
